How to Get Rid of Your Acne

First, acne is the clogging or infection of your pores, creating pimples or red nodules on many areas of the body. For example, acne can appear on the face, neck, back, and legs. Many people who suffer from acne also have hyperpigmentation. This is where acne that has been treated leaves behind scar-type marks and red blotches. So, firsthand, I know acne can be embarrassing and take away from one’s self confidence. But there is hope. Here are some of the ways that I treated my pimples, both natural and with selective products.

TO BE RID OF BLACKHEADS:
I tried many products, hoping that they would trim my face. Most of them did not, but finally I found a natural way to get rid of my blackheads that caused pimples on my nose. I used a combination of Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Sea Salt, and Honey. Mixing them into a tiny bowl, I put quite a bit of nutmeg in it, a cramped less cinnamon, a tiny bit of sea salt, and I added honey to make it into a paste. I know this all might sound strange, but all of these ingredients completely removed my blackheads. On the rest of my face, this paste brought the infection, pus, and dirt to the top of my skin. This must be done to actually clean your face. I kept this paste on for about a half hour; the longer it stays on the better, but it will not affect you negatively. You can also change the amounts you use for each ingredient. Just keep in mind that it is the nutmeg and cinnamon that really serve you. Read the rest of this entry

The Salt Sea has attracted a huge quantity of folks from all over the Mediterranean and the world for millenia. In the Bible, it’s a place of sanctuary for King David.
