The first step is making sure that you hydrate your skin from the inside. If you don’t drink enough water to hydrate your skin from the inside, all else will be for naught. Your goal should be to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.

You’ll also need a good skin cream to moisturize your skin on the outside. Keep in mind, however, that good doesn’t always mean expensive.
