First, acne is the clogging or infection of your pores, creating pimples or red nodules on many areas of the body. For example, acne can appear on the face, neck, back, and legs. Many people who suffer from acne also have hyperpigmentation. This is where acne that has been treated leaves behind scar-type marks and red blotches. Personally, I have suffered from severe acne myself. I used to acquire acne all over my benefit, some on my neck, and my face. During sports season, I would also breakout where I sweated the most. So, firsthand, I know acne can be embarrassing and take away from one’s self confidence. But there is hope. Here are some of the ways that I treated my pimples, both natural and with selective products.

TO BE RID OF BLACKHEADS:
I tried many products, hoping that they would trim my face. Most of them did not, but finally I found a natural way to get rid of my blackheads that caused pimples on my nose. I used a combination of Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Sea Salt, and Honey. Mixing them into a tiny bowl, I put quite a bit of nutmeg in it, a cramped less cinnamon, a tiny bit of sea salt, and I added honey to make it into a paste. I know this all might sound strange, but all of these ingredients completely removed my blackheads. On the rest of my face, this paste brought the infection, pus, and dirt to the top of my skin. This must be done to actually clean your face. I kept this paste on for about a half hour; the longer it stays on the better, but it will not affect you negatively. You can also change the amounts you use for each ingredient. Just keep in mind that it is the nutmeg and cinnamon that really serve you.

TO BE RID OF THE ACNE:
Once again, I tried many products but with no results. After experimenting, I found that boiled milk and lime/lemon juice helped tremendously. First, why boiled milk? Well, the milk is a natural moisturizer and it is good for your skins appearance overall. I noticed that while using this regiment of boiled milk and juice, the dark circles around my eyes decreased. Trust me, it was not because I was getting more sleep either. The milk needs to be boiled and then left to warm because when applied to the face, it has to launch your pores. Now, the lemon juice acts as an astringent. It is completely natural and does not burn your face at all. It cleans out your pores and removes the oil and dirt in them. Dirt and oil are the most common reasons for breakouts. You add the lemon juice to the warmed milk and apply the liquid mixture to all parts of your face. You can utilize paper towels or cotton balls. Just as a warning, this might not help everyone. It does depend on your skin type and how it reacts to the lemon juice. I have heard that it may increase breakouts, but it is highly rare. If it does increase the breakouts, stop applying the lemon juice to your infected areas. You can level-headed continue to consume the milk though because it is great for your skin.

Another product that I tried and worked well was Clean And Clear Face Wash. Yes, you have to buy this, but it might get rid of your breakouts. I washed my face everyday, twice a day, and noticed less acne. It does however, dry your skin out. But what product doesn’t? I found a solution for this too. Another thing I tried was Acne Severe. It is a generic product modeled off of Proactiv. Acne Severe comes with four steps that you MUST do in order and at specific times a day. It is a lot less expensive then Proactiv and really works. You just have to be careful that you do not over apply. A tiny bit of the medicated wash or lotion works well.

TO BE RID OF SMALL PIMPLES UNDER THE SKIN:
This was a approved scrape after my severe acne went away. I had it around my mouth and eyes. I found that oatmeal mixed with a little green tea and some sea salt helped seize it completely. For this, it is better to only apply it to the infected areas and not the entire face. Oatmeal is good for your skin too. The salt acts like an active ingredient and is mainly responsible for the actual removal of the pimples. With this in mind, you can dictate how much salt you put into the paste. Green tea helps removed redness and makes the skin soft.

TO BE RID OF SPORTS PIMPLES:
Sometimes after sweating, your pores clog all over your body. It can even occur at places that are not suitable to have acne medicine or natural healers on them. You can apple SeaBreeze to your body. It is an astringent that really helps and does not dry out your skin. It also helps removed dreary skin cells.

TO BE RID OF HYPERPIGMENTATION:
It’s a long word, but very popular. Your acne is all gone, but what are you supposed to do about the spots it left unhurried? The red blotches are hard to be rid of and approach relieve easily. I found that applying Olay’s Oxidative Face Wash to my face helped A LOT! It is made to help regenerate unique skin cells and that was preciously what it did. I only applied it to the red areas of my face and messaged it into my skin for 10 minutes. It can burn a little, so use your judgment with the time. I did this twice a day and saw dramatic results. Again, you have to win this product, but it is worth it.

TO MAKE YOUR SKIN SOFT AGAIN:
Now that your face is all definite of blemishes, you would want it to be soft again. I discovered that using sugar can turn your skin baby soft again. Use any amount of confectionary sugar and then used a double amount of that for brown sugar. Mix the sugars in a bowl evenly. To apply to your skin, wet your face slightly and then your finger. Dip your finger into the sugar, making the sugar stick, and cover your face with it. You can let this sit on your face for as long as you want. When you face it off, be gentle and dab off the extra water. You should feel a incompatibility immediately.

TO CURE DRY SKIN:
Some moisturizers only clog your pores again. You don’t want this because you spent this whole time unclogging them! The only moisturizer I found to actually work and not clog my pores was olive oil. Yes, this is the olive oil you cook with. Grab a cotton ball and pour some oil onto it. Apply a layer over your face, remembering to hit the extremely dry parts. Do not leave this on forever; you can wash it off in as little as you want to about two hours. Olive oil also helps with hyperpigmentation! While moisturizing, you can also help get rid of your red spots too.

Overall, your skin is a sensitive organ. You have to treat it nicely. That means drink a lot of water and try to stay away from foods high in corpulent, sugar, and oils. It also helps to change your bed sheets and pillow cases often. It keeps your body free from the dull skin cells and sweat that you release. Regain showers often and retain yourself clean. Good luck :]
