Much has been written regarding cures and therapies for those suffering from psoriasis. Over the years many claims have been made about miracle cures or treatments that alleviate the disfiguring signs of psoriasis. Some of these claims are based on fact; many seek to entice psoriasis sufferers into purchasing expensive products or treatments that have little or no effect on psoriasis.
Much research has been carried out into the causes of psoriasis. Some research points to environmental factors, others to dietary habits and others to stress. One thing all these researches have in common is that all state conclusively that, to date there is no known cure for psoriasis.

Are you one of the many millions of people across the world who suffers from psoriasis? If you are, then read on because the information contained in this short article could very well change your life!
As we know, psoriasisis a chronic disease with no known cure. Psoriasis isn’t a life threatening ailment, is 100% non-contagious and, in theory, shouldn’t restrict those afflicted in any major fashion. For many suffers of psoriasis, treatment regimes are usually associated with endless applications of creams and lotions, regular visits to spa’s or other treatment modalities. For almost 99% of psoriasis sufferers, this is an endless cycle that takes time, costs money and, if provides any relief, it is for a relatively short periods of time.
Psoriasis is a disease with no known permanent cure. Because of this, an endless stream of products appears on the market, promising those with psoriasis immediate and long lasting relief. Unfortunately, the vast majority provide, at best, a short term respite before the symptoms of psoriasis return in full force.
However, there is one treatment regime that has proven itself successful in long term alleviation in psoriasis symptoms; a course of treatments at the Dead Sea.

In the first part of this two article series on psoriasis we spoke of the disease, treatments and the effectiveness of 100% natural Dead Sea treatment regimes on long term alleviation from the symptoms of psoriasis.
However, the first article left you with a question – what have psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea got to do with my Health Insurance Company or national health scheme?
As we said, there are treatments for psoriasis available at your pharmacist’s or local spa. However, these treatments demand constant re-application and can involve long term costs running into the thousands of dollars a year.
